Where is my homeland?

Famished I am! Like Guatemalan children… Thirsting I am! Like burnt soil of deserts…
But neither seeking a piece of bread, nor a drink of water…
Just hand me back my homeland!

Many times I have read, and many times I have heard in childish stories… Iran!
But never have I tasted it…
Just as the freedom!
Still I don’t want my liberty...
Just hand me back my homeland!

I adore Iran!
Ascends of the Alborz,
Descends of its wide meadows…
I adore all parts of my home,
Even cutting teasels and stones of its wildernesses…
Don’t plunder it!
Give me back my home!

Years it is that this uncouth people, using their spikes, are wounding my home, Iran… and by means of every plan, are wiping out its ancient culture… - a land with precedence of creation and to the age of humanity! Either they destroyed or plundered our national remainders…
… And now, by supplying the Sivand dam, then drowning the Pasargad field and Tang-e-Bolaghi deep into the water, which are souvenirs from our Persian ancestors, they wound a new sore to body of our culture and history of Iran – which is twisted together with the history of the world… as we are stood up shoulder to shoulder from very old of the history! And came on together, we with Ferdowsi and Rostam, and you with Herodotus and Achilles!

Today that we need your relief, remember the old alliance! And save our history from raid… Help us revive our culture and home, even the small piece of stone, forgotten away in its backyard!

Don’t let the Sivand tragedy, destroys a history! If you give African children pieces of bread, give our nation’s children just a chance to breathe!

خانه من کجاست؟

گرسنه ام چنانكه كودكان گواتمالا، تشنه ام چنانكه زمین تشنه كویر، اما نه نیازمند تكه ای نانم نه جرعه ای آب، تنها خانه ام را بمن بدهید .
بارها خوانده ام و بارها در داستانهای كودكانه شنیده ام ایران، اما طعم آنرا نچشیده ام چنانكه آزادی، اما حتی نمیخواهم مرا برهانید! تنها خانه ام را بمن بدهید.

ایران را دوست دارم، فرازهای البرز كوه ، فرودهای دشتهای پهناورش، همه دیوارهای خانه ام را دوست دارم، حتی خارهای برانش و سنگهای بیابانش را، به چپاول نبریدش خانه ام را بمن بدهید!

سالهاست كه دشمنان ایران - سرزمینی به تاریخ آفرینش، به تاریخ انسان - با هزاران نیزه به زخم خانه ام ایران، کوشیده اند و با هر نوع ترفندی به از بین بردن فرهنگ این مرز و بوم كهن همت گمارده اند و امروز با به زیر آب فرستادن دشت پاسارگاد و تنگه بلاغی و با آبگیری سد سیوند كه یادگار نیاكان ایران زمین ماست، زخمی تازه به پیكر تاریخ ایران و فرهنگ ما میزنند كه تاریخ جهان تار و پودی تنیده با هم دارد.

چنانكه ما و شما از دورترین تاریخ با هم ایستادیم و با هم آمدیم ما با فردوسی و رستم و شما یا هرودت و آشیل. امروز كه نیازمند شماییم دوستی كهن بخاطر آورده و تاریخ ما را از تاراج نجات دهید كمک كنید تا خانه و فرهنگ خویش را حفظ كنیم حتی سنگ كوچک فراموش شده در گوشه حیاط خانه را.
نگذارید تا با آبگیری سد سیوند یك تاریخ به نابودی كشانیده شود اگر به كودكان گرسنه آفریقا نان میدهید به فرزندان این مرزو بوم تنها و تنها جرعه ای هوا برسانید. تاریخ ما را دریابید .
